Agencies like HammondCare, Bankstown City Aged Care, Australian unity, Catholic Care, Greenhills Nursing etc all do wonderful jobs of keeping older Australians in their homes for longer. The problem that a lot of people are finding is that it is hard for them to get out to see their health professionals. Many people find that it is a lot easier to have the health professional to come to them.
